ABSTRACT
The article reports on the high sales of Qantas Airways Ltd. low-fare division Jetstar Airways in Australia from its international routes. Adrian Caruso, the chief executive of travel trade consultancy TA Fastrack, stated that the good sale performance showed that the customers are returning to agencies after the frustrating online booking attempt with Airbus A330-200s. It is stated that Jetstar's domestic ticket sales are stronger online having 80 percent of sales.
