ABSTRACT
The article reports on the specification of using the reflective vest which establish specific performance to the private security officers issued by the American National Standards Institute. The advantage of using the IntelliViewer system, are able to overcome the challenge on how mobile personnel can gain access, monitor and control video games into a fully function. Furthermore, system provides a real-time views with archived video playback from surveillance cameras.
