The article reports on the participation of 14 German companies at the first TexMac 2007. The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany has a role in the participation of German exhibitors to TexMac 2007. The aim of the German contingent is to appeal to trade audiences from India and other countries. The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) represents the German trade fair industry and organizes the official German trade fair international program which gives financial assistance for German participation at foreign events.
