The article presents a clinical report on a 27 years old man diagnosed with Behçet's disease. He was first examined due to severe visual acuity but appeared normal. However, when a skin biopsy conducted, it revealed an evidence of vasculopathy including, swelling of endothelial cells, perivascular inflammatory cell infiltrate and Behçet's disease was diagnosed. He did not received specific therapy for the disease but after 4 weeks all symptoms had completely resolved.
