The article features the software application called mobile widgets, which allow users to personalize the information they want from their cellular phones. Microsoft formed ZenZui, a company to focus on expanding the mobile widget software. Aside from Zenzui, companies that offer widgetry include Callwave, Nokia, Opera and Mobio Networks, to name a few. According to the author, using mobile widgets are faster than using Internet widgets and the opportunities for information distribution, advertising and sales are endless.
