ABSTRACT
The article discusses the patient with Sister Mary Joseph's nodule, which is described as an umbilical metastasis that originate from intra-abdominal or intrapelvic malignant disease. The patient was found to have ulcerated umbilical nodule and vaginal bleeding. Tumor was discovered at the apex of the vagina. The patient underwent biopsy of the umbilical mass which showed metastatic endometrial adenocarcinoma that was positive for both estrogen and progesterone receptors.
