The article reports on the decision of Liberty Media to withdraw QVC Inc., shopping channel, from a new video-streaming Web site, Virtual Digital Cable. One QVC attorney notified Virtual Digital through a letter saying that the company no longer had permission to distribute the channel on the Web site. Weeks before QVC sent the letter, the network revealed that AOL Video would distribute the channel in an on-demand format.
