Cox Adds Web-Based Workforce System

The article reports on the launch of a new Internet-based workforce management system by Cox Communications Inc. in the U.S. The company has incorporated the new system as a replacement for its existing workforce program which it has used since 1998. The system offers several benefits including the opportunity of the company to offer subscribers shorter service wait times, as well as the comfort to update the software without any hardware updates.
