The article reports the financial performance of cable operator RCN Corp. in the U.S. According to media analyst David Joyce of Miller Tabak & Co., he maintains a $30 price target on RCN after the cable-system overbuilder reports strong fourth quarter results in 2006. The revenue growth of 13% of the company, as well as the 54% operating cash flow growth in the fourth quarter, has forced Joyce to adjust his free cash flow estimate to $17 million.
