The article focuses on issues related to backhaul services of cellular phone towers in the U.S. Stratsoft chief executive officer Michael Tattersal said that his researchers plotted the location of cell-phone towers, hybrid fiber-coax networks and telco fiber drops in Atlanta, Georgia. High correlation between the locations of coaxial cable plant and cell-phone towers has been cited one key findings of Stratsoft.
