ABSTRACT
The article reports on the launching of the watch program "Operation Bright Eyes," by the Bright House Networks Inc. in cooperation with the Metro Police Department in Indianapolis, Indiana. The program trains technicians to be the watchful eyes in the neighborhoods they operate. The police force provides free training to technicians on how to react and what to look for during emergency situations.
