Gemstar Fires Patent Suit at Digeo

The article reports on the lawsuit filed by the interactive-TV company Gemstar-TV Guide International against media center manufacturer Digeo. Gemstar-TV has claimed that Digeo has refused to license two of Gemstar-TV's interactive program guide patents. Meanwhile, Digeo has filed an antitrust suit against Gemstar on September 28, 2006.
