ABSTRACT
The article discusses the efforts of multichannel operators and networks to rev up the music video business. As illegal music sharing sites multiply with restriction a bit thin, opportunities in the music business gets affected. Several operators and networks are to counteract the situation. Charter Communications has launched several services, like unlimited song downloads, while EMI Gospel is planning a move that will allow consumers to purchase music and videos directly from television.
