ABSTRACT
The article reports on the finalized agreement between Liberty Media's chairman John Malone and Turner Broadcasting System. Liberty, as agreed, would exchange 60 million of its 171 shares in Time Warner for the Atlanta Braves which is valued at some $460 million. Moreover, the agreement is designed to limit tax liabilities of both parties, which is still to be approved by the club owners of Major League Baseball (MLB).
