ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Daniels & Associates Inc. by RBC Capital Markets Inc. in the U.S. According to the author, the merger will form a new company which will be called RBC Daniels and Brian Deevy will take the position of chief executive officer while Brad Busse will remain as the president and chief operating officer. Moreover, the newly formed company, with a bigger capital backing, can approach clients with wider range of products.
