Fox News and Time Warner Do Business

The article reports on the distribution agreement between Fox News Channel (FNC) and cable television (TV) operator Time Warner Inc. The deal provides Time Warner Cable retransmission consent to carry signals from all of the Fox-owned TV stations in Time Warner Cable's systems. According to a Time Warner Cable executive, the transaction included a multi-year extension for FNC and a commitment for the business channel.
