ABSTRACT
The article reports on the new strategy of Charter Communications Inc. to attract and retain Mexican-American customers in the U.S. Accordingly, the company has been the first operator to incorporate a new strategy which offers a fixed-rate unlimited calling to the country. The steady flow of Mexican immigrants in the country has created a strong demand for calling plans between the U.S. and Mexico.
