ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decline of Time Warner Inc.'s telephone and digital-cable customer growth. Data shows that digital-cable subscriber additions were down at 136,000 in the third quarter. The slowdown in its voice-customer growth prompted an analyst to revise his share of stocks in its pending initial public offering. However, it has been stressed that the slight decline in telephone-subscriber growth does not indicate impending event. its revenue rose about 7 percent to $10.9 billion.
