ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the business operations of cable television network Comcast Corp. from 1960s to 2006 in the U.S. In 1963, the company was established by Ralph Roberts, Daniel Aaron and Julian Brodsky with the purchase of 1, 200 subscriber cable system in Mississippi. In 1997, Microsoft Corp. invested in Comcast for $1 billion. In 2006, the company has completed its acquisition of Susquehanna Communications Inc. for $540 million.
