ABSTRACT
The article focuses on e-commerce firm Delivery Agent, the outside vendor being used by NBC Universal's (NBCU) broadcast and cable networks to sell their on-air products and provide links into shows' shopping sites. The San Francisco, California-based firm has a one-year deal to service eight different NBCU network stores. Delivery Agent deals with 14 networks, 23 studios, 7,000 brands and 40 stores.
