ABSTRACT
The article reports that a judge has dismissed the case concerning the month-long battle of WaveDivision Holdings chief executive officer Steve Weed to acquire Millennium Digital Holdings. The case was dismissed because it was filed in the wrong jurisdiction. Wave's lawsuit against Millennium will continue in a Delaware state court instead of King County Superior Court in Washington.
