The article presents the television miniseries titled Planet Earth, which will be premiered on Discovery Channel on March 25, 2007. Planet Earth will be narrated by actor Sigourney Weaver and co-produces by Discovery and BBC, wherein it features wildlife footage from forests, mountains, and arctic environments. The simeseries will be aired on Sundays in two-and three-blocks. The unique aspect of the show is the integration of new technologies used in filming such as Cineflex Heligimble.
