ABSTRACT
The article reports on the recommendation of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) regarding the financial aid to every household in the U.S. for digital-to-analog television transmission. According to NAB and CEA the program would violate the law if the National Telecommunications and Information Administration would exclude any household from participating. Meanwhile, NTIA has more than a year to complete the converter-box program.
