ABSTRACT
The article reports that MTV Networks has relaunched its Latino-targeted music service MTV en Español, a video jukebox which is taking aim at Hispanics aged 12 to 24 in the U.S. on September 29, 2006. According to Lucia Ballas-Traynor of MTV Networks the program is aimed at young people as they serve as key influencers in their homes and communities. Traynor added that she expects to reach 5.67 million homes by the end of October 2006.
