ABSTRACT
The article presents complaints from various customers in the U.S. related to the customer service in the telecommunications industry. One customer suggested for a better customer service and a professional approach to field forces to attain progress in the industry. Another client commented the lack of customer service to most personnel in the industry. A customer revealed his discontentment on the failure of a cable company to comply with his needs.
