ABSTRACT
The article reports on the Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) launched by PricewaterhouseCoopers UK. According to the article, the first step towards the ELP is self-nomination. It is stated that employees have to have the guts to put themselves forward and they need to provide evidence of their suitability. Learning methods under the program include action learning, intensive coaching and mentoring from senior partners.
