ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the issue of citizen satisfaction in the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM). According to the author, in an effort to improve handling complicated tasks, more government agencies, universities and public service organizations have increased adoption of CRM solutions. Analyst Alan Weber said that most government agencies think they do not need CRM because they believe that it is a sales management tool. INSET: THE DEPT. OF ED GETS CRM SMART.
