The article offers two suggestions for securing high user adoption. The author says that delivering comprehensive customer profiles in the first iteration of one's customer relationship management (CRM) system is one of the best ways to realize the three pieces of valuable information which should be returned to the user. He stresses the importance of having a communication plan for successful CRM initiatives.
