The article discusses the author's experience while observing bankers. He states that bankers miss countless opportunities to pick up on what their customers were saying and translate it into an investment need. To him, the more astonishing thing was that these bankers were top performers in a major program known for great sales people. There were no question in his mind that customer satisfaction scores would be off the charts as majority of them were having no good customer service.
