ABSTRACT
The article provides information concerning the business enterprises in China. The consulting firm McKinsey & Co. said that the country's management talent typically comes from several sources, all which are increasingly scarce. The firm also estimates that Chinese companies that wanted to expand globally will need 75,000 leaders. The country's managers are not attractive candidates to new domestic and foreign-invested companies because they lack the appropriate education and training to serve as senior executives.
