Enhance employee satisfaction to improve family care and quality

The article discusses the survey that asserts the impact of U.S. hospice employees' satisfaction on their work quality. The survey contains 30 questions with scaled answers in different variations, including task significance, competency, support, integration, structure, execution and strategy. According to Alive Hospice Inc. chief executive Janet L. Jones, results indicate that hospice must focus on the development of education and training programs, coping strategies and stress management.
