The article reports on the plan of City Furniture to purchase the location of Modernage Furniture Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to open another Ashley Furniture HomeStores in 2007. According to City President Keith Koenig, the company paid $7 million for the property and will spend another $4 million to renovate the building for a 52,000-square-foot HomeStore.
