ABSTRACT
The article presents news briefs on the defense industries as of April 2007. The last of 288 Lassim laser-based firing simulators were delivered by Ruag Electronics to the Swiss Armed Forces contract partner Armasuisse. Several re-powered Commando V-150 combat vehicles were delivered by Textron Marine & Land to the Philippine Marine Corps. A contract from the U.S. Air Force was received by Provy Aviation to demonstrate the capabilities of its Skyforce distributed management system.
