ABSTRACT
This article reports on challenges facing the advertising firm Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide. Although the union of advertising agencies Ammirati Puris Lintas and Lowe & Partners Worldwide seemed conflict-free on the domestic level, the overseas business faces some challenges. For instance, Ammirati handles household product manufacturer Unilever PLC while Lowe handles competitor Henkel Corp. Another potential conflict is General Motors Corp. which is handled by Lowe while Toyota Motor Corp. is assigned to Change, an Ammirati subsidiary.
