ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the mediation software for telecommunication companies. According to the author, mediation's popularity started when advanced wireless network flourished and it serves as a service control supervisor in third generation technology by managing access control and monitoring prepaid money balances and postpaid credit limits. In addition, the service has developed more, allowing operators to offer a fully automated bandwidth-on-demand application and optimize network usage.
