ABSTRACT
The article discusses the views of Vinton Gary Cerf, vice president of Google Inc. concerning the role of Internet in the improvement of lives and environment. He believes that the web could be a ground for unrest business models, however, he aspires the need of Internet to improve peoples' lives. He emphasizes that people with disability should not be deprived from using the web since it is for everybody.
