Motorola selling ECI's IP DSLAMs

The article reports on the agreement between Motorola Inc. and ECI Telecom BV to brand, market and sell ECI's Internet Protocol Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexers (IP DSLAMs) in North America. Motorola will add plant and central office for the IP DSLAMs from ECI to its own fiber-to-the-node (FTTN) and fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) products. According to Motorola, it will be investing in the integration of these platforms into its current Ultra-Broadband access portfolio.
