The move is the latest step in the group's strategy to pursue further growth in the distribution of specialty chemicals and food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetic ingredients. IMCD Group chief executive officer (CEO) Piet van der Slikke says the rebranding is a natural progression after a series of acquisitions over the past 10 years.
