ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the revolt of investors against New York City-based Take Two Interactive Software Inc., a video game maker. Investors had been watching Take-Two Interactive spend months dealing with problem after problem, from a stock option scandal to the discovery of hidden adult content in one of its popular video games. It is stated that at its annual shareholder meeting, angry investors installed a new chairman, board of directors, and chief executive. The new chairman of the company is former BMG Entertainment executive Strauss Zelnick.
