ABSTRACT
The article reports on the problem concerning the oversupply of houses in the U.S. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) forecasted that the glut in the housing market is anticipated to be overcome by 2011. Economists stated that the problems in the home market are brought by the oversupply of houses and yet a decline in demand from consumers, the highest rating of foreclosures and unsold houses. To address the issue, single and multifamily developers have already reduce production.
