ABSTRACT
The article announces endorsement of the Senate's introduction of the Fair Currency Act of 2007 by the Metal Service Center Institute (MSCI) in Rolling Meadow, Illinois. MSCI president and chief executive officer M. Robert Weidner said that the bill would fill the void in the U.S. trade policy by allowing injured industries to secure antidumping duties. Moreover, the institute urged fast action of the proposed legislation.
