Esmark, Wheeling-Pitt Combination Finalized

The article announces the completion of the merger between steelmaker Wheeling-Pittsburgh Corp. and service center Esmark Inc. in Chicago Heights, Illinois. The merger formed the new company to be called Esmark Inc. As part of the deal, existing shareholders of Wheeling-Pitt will receive one share of new Esmark share for each share owned. James P. Bouchard will be the board's chair and chief executive officer and Craig T. Bouchard will be the vice chairman and president.
