ABSTRACT
The article reports that BDP International, a privately held U.S. logistics company, has acquired full ownership of BDP International GmbH, its German joint venture with Merlin Logistics. BDP and Frankfurt, Germany-based Merlin Logistics held 51% and 49%, respectively, in BDP International GmbH, which was established in 2004. The wholly-owned subsidiary will continue under the leadership of managing director Alexander Ruf.
