ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 3-day Handicapped Scuba Association (HSA) Instructor Training Course (ITC) that happened in 2005 in Israel. Meduza which featured Nitrox and Tech diving and cave diving became the host dive center for HSA Israel's debut ITC. Sani Sanilevich, owner of Meduza said that he is proud of his unique Sea Center which offers specialty on training and certifying divers.
