ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the proposed reforms for health care system in the U.S. Ezekiel J. Emanuel and Victor R. Fuchs has introduced the universal health care voucher proposal with the goal of achieving universality and efficiency in the systems of deliver of care. Types of comprehensive and incremental reform proposals are compared. As claimed, educating oneselves on several strategies that could improve health care system would be the first step in participating in the health care reform
