ABSTRACT
The article presents opinion from Resources for the Future senior fellow Ray Kopp regarding the merit of personal carbon offsets. He believes that the measure is a feel-good thing but it can also create reductions in greenhouse-gas emissions. He explains that carbon offsets are currently unregulated and due diligence should be conducted.
