ABSTRACT
The article provides information on a series of posters, based on the artwork of U.S. Army artist Sergeant First Class (SFC) Elzie Golden, released by the U.S. Army Center of Military History (CMH). The series is entitled "Today's Soldier 2005." According to CMH director John S. Brown, the series will feature five paintings and a drawing depicting U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. Golden remarked that two of his paintings are based on photographs provided by Joint Combat Camera personnel. INSET: Soldier-Artist.
