The article reports that Paradigm has named Brad Turell as executive vice president of corporate communications. Turell was the top corporate communications executive in the early days of the WB Network and Fox Broadcasting Co. As executive vice president of corporate communications, Turell will run publicity, advertising and branding across the agency's departments.
