ABSTRACT
The article states that British imports of organic milk are set to continue in the short term as demand outstrips supply and limited feed supplies hold back production. The latest market report from Organic Milk Suppliers Cooperative (OMSCo) predicts that consumption will grow 20% until March 2007, although this is a relative slowdown compared with the massive 45% increase in demand seen during the previous 12 months.
