ABSTRACT
The article reports that the annual National Primestock Show is to be updated and re-named the English Winter Fair. The move is aimed at revitalizing the livestock show and positioning it alongside its Welsh and Scottish equivalents in the winter show calendar. The show's chairman George Greaves said that it is now time for the show to have a regional identity. Among the changes is the rescheduling of the major championships and the stock auction.
